Welcome to Soultry Astrology. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any consultation, educational material, waitlist, or other offering provided by Soultry Astrology.
By using this website, booking a consultation, submitting information, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before completing a booking.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
1. About Soultry Astrology
Soultry Astrology offers Vedic astrology consultations, educational writing, and information about future courses and gemstone services.

2. Consultations
Consultations are offered for personal reflection and educational purposes.
A consultation may include discussion of your birth chart, planetary periods, timing, tendencies, possibilities, and predictions. Any interpretation or prediction shared should be treated as a tool for consideration. It should not be placed above your own wisdom, intelligence, judgement, discernment, or lived experience.
Vedic astrology does not remove your responsibility for your choices. You remain responsible for every decision and action you take before, during, and after a consultation.
No particular event, result, or outcome can be guaranteed.
3. Professional advice
Soultry Astrology does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
Consultations, articles, recordings, and educational materials are not substitutes for care or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Nothing shared during a consultation should be used to delay, replace, or disregard professional support, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance.
4. Birth information
Consultations are prepared using the birth information provided by the client.
You are responsible for supplying your birth date, birth time, and birth location as accurately as possible. Soultry Astrology is not responsible for interpretations affected by incomplete, estimated, or incorrect information.
Please disclose before booking if your birth time is uncertain.
Birth-time rectification is not included unless it is expressly stated in the description of the consultation you purchase.
5. Booking and payment
A consultation is confirmed only after:
the requested booking information has been submitted;
full payment has been received; and
written confirmation has been issued by Soultry Astrology.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The purchaser is responsible for applicable taxes, currency-conversion charges, bank fees, or payment-processing charges unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for reviewing the consultation description, price, appointment time, cancellation policy, and these Terms and Conditions before completing your purchase.
For qualifying online consumer agreements, applicable law may require that certain information be disclosed before purchase and that a written copy of the agreement be provided afterward. A booking confirmation or receipt should therefore be retained for your records.
6. Preparation of your chart
Substantial preparation is completed before each consultation.
Preparation may include reviewing the birth chart, divisional charts, planetary periods, relevant timing, and the questions or concerns supplied by the client.
Because this work is reserved and completed in advance, the cancellation deadlines below apply even when the consultation itself has not yet taken place.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your consultation for a full refund by providing written notice at least four complete days, or 96 hours, before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 96 hours’ notice are non-refundable because preparation time has already been reserved and may have begun.
Refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible.
Transaction, currency-conversion, or payment-processing fees charged independently by a bank or payment provider may not be recoverable.
This policy applies except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law. Ontario law does not create a general right to return every purchase, but it does provide cancellation remedies for some agreements and where required online-contract information or documentation was not properly supplied.
8. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your consultation by emailing krystal@soultry.gold at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
One rescheduling request may be accommodated without an additional fee, subject to availability.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a missed appointment and may require a new booking and payment.
A rescheduled consultation must ordinarily be completed within a reasonable period agreed upon by both parties.
Repeated rescheduling may be declined.
9. Late arrivals and missed appointments
Please arrive at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, the consultation may still end at its original scheduled time so that later appointments are not affected.
If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior communication, the appointment may be considered missed.
Missed appointments are non-refundable. A new appointment may require a new booking and full payment.
If Soultry Astrology must cancel an appointment, you will be offered either:
a suitable rescheduled appointment; or
a refund of the amount paid for that consultation.
10. Online consultations and technology
Consultations may be conducted through Zoom, Google Meet, or another stated online platform.
You are responsible for:
having a stable internet connection;
having access to the meeting link;
using a working microphone and suitable device;
joining from a private and reasonably quiet space; and
checking your time zone and appointment time.
If a technical problem occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to continue, reconnect, or reschedule.
A brief interruption does not automatically entitle the client to a refund. If a substantial technical failure caused by Soultry Astrology prevents the consultation from taking place, a rescheduled appointment or appropriate refund will be offered.
11. Consultation recordings
Clients will receive a recording of their consultation where recording is technically available.
Recordings are provided for the client’s private and personal use only.
You may not publish, sell, publicly share, upload, broadcast, distribute, reproduce, or use the recording for teaching, commercial, artificial-intelligence training, or public-content purposes without prior written permission from Soultry Astrology.
You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your recording after it is delivered. Permanent storage and replacement of a recording cannot be guaranteed.
Technical failure may occasionally prevent a recording from being created. When this occurs, reasonable efforts may be made to provide an alternative summary, but the availability of a recording is not guaranteed unless expressly stated as a separately purchased deliverable.
12. Confidentiality and personal information
Information shared during a private consultation will be treated with care and discretion.
Personal information may be collected where reasonably necessary to:
arrange and provide a consultation;
prepare and interpret a birth chart;
process payment;
communicate with the client;
provide a recording;
maintain business and tax records;
prevent misuse or fraud; and
comply with legal obligations.
Limited information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, scheduling, payment, email, cloud storage, or video calls.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or where there is a serious and immediate safety concern.
Private-sector organizations conducting commercial activities in Canada may have obligations under PIPEDA concerning meaningful consent, appropriate use, safeguards, access, retention, and privacy breaches. Further details should appear in the separate Privacy Policy.
13. Clients between 14 and 17 years of age
Soultry Astrology offers consultations to clients aged 14 and older.
Anyone under 18 must have the informed consent of a parent or legal guardian before booking or attending a consultation.
Soultry Astrology may request confirmation of this consent before proceeding.
A parent or guardian may be required to complete the booking, make payment, or attend part or all of the consultation.
Soultry Astrology reserves the right to decline a consultation where consent, suitability, safety, or the young person’s best interests cannot be reasonably established.
Consultations are not offered to anyone under 14.
14. Scope and suitability
Soultry Astrology may decline or end a consultation where:
the requested subject is outside the intended scope of the service;
the client requests certainty or guarantees that cannot responsibly be provided;
the client seeks medical, legal, financial, or crisis intervention;
the communication becomes abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe;
the consultation would be inappropriate for the client’s age or circumstances; or
continuing would conflict with professional boundaries or applicable law.
Where a consultation is declined before preparation begins, an appropriate refund will ordinarily be issued.
Where a consultation is ended because of abusive, threatening, or seriously inappropriate conduct, a refund may be refused to the extent permitted by law.
15. Emergency and crisis situations
Soultry Astrology is not an emergency, crisis, medical, or mental-health service.
Do not use the contact form, consultation service, or email address when immediate help is required.
Where there is a risk of immediate harm, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your location.
16. Courses
Soultry Astrology is currently collecting expressions of interest through a course waitlist. Courses are not currently being sold through the website unless a specific course page expressly states otherwise.
Joining the waitlist:
does not create a purchase;
does not guarantee admission or a place;
does not guarantee a launch date;
does not fix a future price; and
does not create an obligation for Soultry Astrology to offer a particular course.
Any future course will have its own description, payment terms, access details, cancellation policy, and refund conditions before registration opens.
17. Gemstone enquiries and waitlist
Soultry Astrology is not currently selling gemstones through the website.
The gemstone waitlist is intended for people interested in future gemstone-related offerings, including more detailed or individualized prescriptions.
Joining the gemstone waitlist:
does not constitute a purchase;
does not guarantee availability;
does not reserve a gemstone;
does not guarantee that a gemstone will be recommended; and
does not guarantee a particular result.
You may contact Soultry Astrology about a consultation in which gemstone recommendations may be discussed where appropriate.
Any recommendation is based on Vedic astrology considerations and is not a medical treatment, guarantee, or promise of a particular personal, financial, relationship, health, or spiritual outcome.
Future gemstone sales, if introduced, will be governed by additional terms concerning descriptions, natural variations, treatments, certification, shipping, duties, returns, and risk of loss.
18. Newsletter and waitlists
When you voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter or a waitlist, Soultry Astrology may send you the updates associated with the list you selected.
You may unsubscribe using the link included in marketing emails.
Joining one list does not necessarily mean that you have consented to receive every type of marketing communication from Soultry Astrology.
Contact-form submissions are not automatically treated as newsletter subscriptions unless you separately provide consent.
19. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the writing, consultation materials, graphics, course materials, recordings, downloads, photographs, website design elements, and original educational content published by Soultry Astrology are owned by Soultry Astrology or used with permission.
You may view public website content and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not, without prior written permission:
reproduce or republish substantial portions of the content;
distribute consultation recordings;
resell or commercially exploit materials;
remove ownership notices;
present the content as your own;
use the materials to create a course, book, database, or commercial service;
scrape or systematically extract website content; or
use private materials to train an artificial-intelligence system.
20. Testimonials
Testimonials describe the experience and opinion of the individual who provided them.
They are not promises, warranties, or guarantees that another person will receive the same experience or outcome.
Testimonials may be edited for length, grammar, or clarity without intentionally changing their meaning.
21. Website information
Reasonable care is taken in preparing the website and its contents. Nevertheless, errors, omissions, outdated information, unavailable offerings, broken links, or technical problems may occur.
Soultry Astrology may correct or update website content, descriptions, availability, prices, and policies when necessary.
No website content should be treated as a personal consultation unless it was expressly provided as part of a booked individual service.
22. Third-party services
Soultry Astrology may rely on third-party services for:
website hosting;
domain and email services;
payment processing;
video consultations;
scheduling;
newsletter delivery;
analytics;
file storage; and
external links.
Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Soultry Astrology is not responsible for a third party’s independent content, availability, data practices, account restrictions, or service interruptions, although reasonable care will be taken in selecting and using service providers.
23. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soultry Astrology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from:
reliance on a consultation, interpretation, timing, or prediction;
decisions made by a client;
inaccurate birth information;
use of educational or website material;
unavailable or corrupted recordings;
technical interruptions;
third-party platforms;
unauthorized sharing of materials; or
events outside reasonable control.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
24. No guarantee of availability
The availability of appointments, courses, waitlists, gemstone consultations, articles, and other services may change.
Soultry Astrology may pause, modify, withdraw, or refuse an offering at any time, subject to fulfilling existing paid obligations and applicable law.
25. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This governing-law clause does not deprive a consumer of protections that apply under the mandatory laws of the place where they live.
26. Changes to these terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated when services, policies, technology, or legal requirements change.
The revision date at the top of the page will indicate the latest update.
The terms presented and accepted at the time of a booking will apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
27. Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
